Easy Summer Salad Recipe
Ingredients
2 cups wild rice, cooked and cooled in fridge
1 to 1 and 1/2 pounds of shrimp meat
1 large avocado, diced
1 red onion, diced
Fresh squeezed lemon juice
Oil and vinegar dressing to taste
Salt and pepper
Directions
Mix together all ingredients. Refrigerate until serving time.
